Managing the Inventory
BlastLogic enables the recording and tracking of bulk explosives and accessories usage through the Inventory panel.
Note: All bulk explosive ingredients, explosive products and accessories have to be added to the Blast Product Catalogue to be tracked.
Once existing quantities are recorded, the user can receive/dispatch stock and easily deplete magazines after a blast has been fired and reconciled.
Additional stocktake can be recorded to adjust Recorded versus Actual Quantities remaining.
Note: BlastLogic will warn the user if depleted items have been assigned in the tie-up or as part of a hole charge plan but will not otherwise stop the user from proceeding.
Setting up the Tablet inventory
To set up the Tablet inventory, follow these steps:

The role of StockKeeper allows the user to view and edit the Inventory module on the desktop and tablet. Assign the appropriate role to the Windows account that you want to have access to the Inventory module on the tablet. This could be the generic tablet account, or you could assign it to other logins.

In order to make edits to inventory from the tablet, there is an extra step. Within File > Setup > Site > Personnel, assign the role stockkeeper to a user name. Also type in a PIN. Note that desktop superusers can modify these PINs, but once they're entered, no-one can check to see what the PIN is.

Log into the tablet application and open the Inventory module.

Go to Edit inventory. Select one user from the list and type in the PIN > Enter.

This will take you to the editing section on the tablet.
