Grade Bins

Grade Bins allows the use of MIK grade bins that have been previously calculated within the block model. The number and bin size of these bins needs to be defined before the model fields are selected for the MIK grades and proportion items. If a consistent naming system has been used for the grade and proportion variable names, these may be picked up automatically by using the MIK Auto Column Selection option.

Once the grade bins have been defined, the Proportion and Grade Fields will need to be selected manually for each grade bin, if not using the Auto Column Selection.

The grade bin range can then be set in the Calendar > Targets tab for each mill and stockpile in the setup.
