Global Accumulation
Source file: strategy-setups-constraints-global-accumulation.htm
Use the Global Accumulation constraint to specify a minimum or maximum constraint for any item in the model, on a period by period basis. This constraint can be applied to all mined material (not just processed material), and can be used to limit such items as ore tonnes, total tonnes, drilling hours, acid consumption, and contaminant levels.
Note: The Global Accumulation constraint is a soft constraint, which means that Evolution will try to meet it when generating a schedule, but doing so is not forced.
The Item drop-down menu allows you to specify the item to set the accumulation constraint against.
Important: The item you select from this drop-down should be an accumulation item, not a grade item.
You can also set accumulations as minimum or maximum figures by selecting the Minimum or Maximum setting respectively. After applying these settings, specify the minimum or maximum units for each period under the Accumulation category in the table.
