Flood Select

Use the flood select tool to expand the selection of primitives to all connected primitives. You can also run this tool on edge networks to extract a selection of contours, which can subsequently be exploded (see Explode).

Tip:  Try using smart select if this tool does not select the required data (see Smart Select).

On the Home ribbon tab, go to the Selection group. From the Smart Select drop-down list select Flood Select.
