Juxtaposition

Juxtaposition is a tool for visually comparing differences between two or more scans, surfaces, CAD objects or a combination of, in the one view window.

In this example Juxtaposition splits a view between two identical landscaped scans acquired from two different surveyed locations, a CAD line and polygon, and two topographic surfaces.

The panel on the right is the visibility editor. This is where the choice is made for what is to be shown on the left side of the window and what is to be shown on the right hand side of the window using the selection check boxes.

The line down the centre separates the view between objects on the left and objects on the right, and is dragged horizontally in either direction for detailed viewing of the differences and changes.

Juxtaposition is located in the view window toolbar .
