Custom Cursor Properties toolbar

This toolbar can be used as a guide when measuring appropriate scales. The Custom Cursor Properties can be accessed by right-clicking on the Custom Cursor button on the Graphics toolbar.

Custom cursor settings for the Primary Window are stored in the vulcan.prefs file, while custom cursor settings for sub windows are stored in the Windows Parameters file (<proj>.wnd). Using the WinTab digitiser will force the custom cursor on and set the cursor to a fixed size.

A custom cursor can be rotated clockwise and anti-clockwise using the hotkeys Ctrl+Up and Ctrl+Down. This makes is possible to rotate quickly and "match up" to a specific existing orientation.
