Use this to convert an ASCII text file to a binary design file.
Usage:

Refers to the name of the ASCII text file that you want to convert. |
Important: When converting a binary design file, the resulting.dsf file will overwrite any existing file with the same name without prompting for confirmation. A.txt file may be edited and converted into a valid.dsf design; however, it is safer to use Isis for changes to the .dsf design.
