Delete Blocks from Dragline Sections

Use the Delete option to delete all block and block label objects from your dragline section layers.

Instructions

On the Dragline menu, point to Blocks, and then click Delete.

The Delete blocks dialog box displays.

If a Dragline specifications file (.rsp) was not opened prior to selecting this option, then the Open Dragline Specification panel displays first.

Spec file name

Enter, or select from the drop-down list, the <spec_file_id> part of the dragline specifications file name. The maximum size is 6 alphanumeric characters. Selecting a name from the drop-down list will open an existing specifications file. Entering a new name will create a new specifications file.

Click OK.

The Delete blocks dialog box contains the following options:

Apply to current section only

Select this option to delete blocks from the current section only.

Apply to all sections

Select this option to delete blocks from all loaded sections.

Upon confirmation, the blocks and their labels are deleted from the dragline section layers.
