Grid Calc toolbar

Description

Starts the Grid Calc session and displays the Grid Calc Report Window. Refer to the Grid Calc > Start Console option for more information.

Allows you to change the default project, structure and masking mode. Refer to the Grid Calc > Edit Modelling Defaults > Project Defaults option for more information.

Allows you to select a grid to load or an equation to perform on a specified grid. Refer to the Grid Calc > Grids > Load/Calculate Grid option for more information.

Displays the header information for the currently buffered grid. This includes the geographical window, the grid size, and the number of points in the grid. Refer to the Grid Calc > Grid Query > Header option for more information.

Allows you to save the grid. Refer to the Grid Calc > Grids > Save Grid option for more information.

Allows you to open a new grid specification file. Refer to the Grid Calc > Edit Modelling Defaults > Access Grid Specifications option for more information.

Saves all changes made to the currently loaded specification file. Refer to the Grid Calc > Edit Modelling Defaults > Save Grid Specifications option for more information.

Displays the global grid information. Refer to the Grid Calc > Edit Modelling Defaults > Create Grid Specifications option for more information.

Closes and saves the loaded grid. Refer to the Grid Calc > Grids > Close All Grids option for more information.

Allows you to open and use a Vulcan design database in the Grid Calc session. Refer to the Grid Calc > Edit Modelling Defaults > Access Design Database option for more information.

Closes the design database being used in the current Grid Calc session. Refer to the Grid Calc > Edit Modelling Defaults> Close Design Database option for more information.

Displays the buffered grid in such a manner that any changes made are automatically applied and dynamically updated. Refer to the Grid Calc > Display > Dynamic Display Grid option for more information.

Displays a "static" grid that is not dynamically updated. Changes are applied to buffers, but you are required to redisplay the grid to view them. Refer to the Grid Calc > Display > Static Display Grid option for more information.

Removes all of the grids from the screen. Refer to the Grid Calc > Clear All Grid Calc Underlays option for more information.

Loads the design information from the loaded design database, allowing you to pick the layers and objects to load. Refer to the Grid Calc > Data > Load Design option for more information.

Displays the layers and objects from the loaded design database. Refer to the Grid Calc > Display > Display Data option for more information.

Allows you to select Vulcan design data from the screen which can then be loaded into the Grid Calc buffers. Refer to the Grid Calc > Data > Pick Design option for more information.

Allows you to load mapfile data into the memory. Refer to the Grid Calc > Data > Load Mapfile option for more information.

Allows you to remove point, string and triangle data from the memory buffer. Refer to the Grid Calc > Data > Clear Data option for more information.

Allows you to load a standard Vulcan triangulation into the Grid Calc buffer. Refer to the Grid Calc > Data > Load Triangulation option for more information.

Displays the loaded triangulation from the Grid Calc buffers. Refer to the Grid Calc > Display > Display Triangulation option for more information.

Allows you to pick a loaded triangulation from the screen and transfer its points to the Grid Calc buffers. Refer to the Grid Calc > Data > Select Triangulation option for more information.

Allows you to remove a grid from the screen. Refer to the Grid Calc > Remove Underlay option for more information.

Allows you to toggle the display of the Grid Scale Bar. Refer to the Grid Calc > Display > Grid Scale Bar option for more information.
