Terminology

There are several subtle differences in the terminology used in the Vulcan and 4D documentations. In particular you should note the following:

Vulcan	4D
Ore Parcel similar to 4D usage but is represented as a set of columns (tons & metal for each ore type)	Ore Parcel the mineralised part of a block (for each rock type). Each parcel is an additional line in the model.
Milling CAF	Processing Cost Adjustment Factor
Ore Type	Rock Type containing some metal in defined units.
Mining Cost of Metal	Metal Cost of Mining (MCOSTM) the amount of metal that must be recovered to pay for mining a ton of rock mined.
Processing Ratio	CRATIO (Processing Cost) / (Mining Cost)
Use all blocks inside model	Active blocks indicator = 1
Use all blocks in model file only	Active blocks indicator = 3
