Quit Vulcan

Use the Quit Vulcan option to exit/finish the current Vulcan session.

Instructions

On the File menu, click Quit Vulcan.

You will be asked to save any modification to the design database but have not been saved, you will be asked to save your changes prior to closing the Vulcan session. If the changes have already been saved, you will be asked to confirm your intention to exit the current session.

In both cases, the Compress and rebuild modified design database check box displays on the Exit Vulcan panel. If this check box is selected, the design database will be compressed and rebuilt. Refer to the Compressing a Database section for more information on compressing and rebuilding a design database.

Note:   The default status of the Compress and rebuild modified design database check box is specified in the Vulcan section of the Tools > Preferences option.
