Column Format


On the View tab, in the Column Format group, you will find options for formatting columns which include aligning, hiding, and displaying columns.

Select a column in the Gantt Chart area and then click Left to left-align the contents of the cells in that column. Alternatively, you can right-click the column header, point at Align, and then click Left.

Select a column in the Gantt Chart area and then click Center to center the contents of the cells in that column. Alternatively, you can right-click the column header, point at Align, and then click Center.

Select a column in the Gantt Chart area and then click Right to right-align the contents of the cells in that column. Alternatively, you can right-click the column header, point at Align, and then click Right.

Select a column in the Gantt Chart area and then click Hide to hide the column from view. Alternatively, you can right-click the column header and then click Hide. To display a single hidden column, right-click on any column header, point to Show, and then click on the name of the column you want to show.

Click Show All to display all columns in the Gantt Chart area, including any columns that have previously been hidden. Alternatively, you can right-click any column header and click Show All. To display a single hidden column, right-click on any column header, point to Show, and then click on the name of the column you want to show.
