Critical Path

Indicates what activities absolutely cannot be delayed in order to have certain activities happen on time.

Right-click on an Activity Bar and choose Critical Path from the context menu. This will create a CSV file called CriticalPath_ID#.csv, where # is the id of the activity that was chosen.

Similarly, on the Precedences tab, in the Critical Path group, click Critical Path to run critical path on all of the activities and create the file CriticalPath.csv.

There is also a checkbox on the View tab, called Color Critical Path. This is on by default and will color all of the activity bars that are in the critical path for the most recent run of critical path.
