Stage and Waste Utility Dependency

Use the Stage and Waste Utility Dependency constraint to assign dependencies between the stages and waste areas. You can apply this constraint to all stages, waste utilities, and imported waste dumps.

To create a dependency:

1. Select the stage to which you want to assign a dependent waste area.

2. Click on the white circle that has appeared and drag the arrow all the way to the circle on the waste area that you want to be the dependent one.

3. Release the mouse. The dependency will be created.
   

The following buttons appear on the viewer toolbar:

	Auto layout diagram Allows you to arrange the stages and areas in your view. The elements of your model will be aligned according to the assigned dependencies.
	Size diagram to fit Allows you to place your diagram in the centre of the viewer.
	Automatic generation Automatically generates dependencies between stages and areas based on name comparisons:
	Clear dependencies Allows you to remove the dependencies. Tip:   To remove a single dependency link, select it with left-click and press Delete.
