Stage Bench Turnover

Use the Stage Bench Turnover constraint to set the maximum number of benches that can be mined in a particular stage per period.

Note:  You cannot apply the Maximum Active Benches and Stage Bench Turnover constraints simultaneously.

For example, in the image below, a maximum of seven benches in Pit stage 10 and five benches in Pit stage 20 can be mined in the Period 1 before moving on to the Period 2. For Period 2, the maximum of six benches from Pit stage 10, six benches from Pit stage 20, and two benches from Pit stage 30 have been set.

You can input the value manually for each stage in each period, or copy an entered value to the next period using the button. To copy the value to all subsequent periods double-click the button. Alternatively, select a cell with the setting you want and press ctrl + c. Next, while holding ctrl on the keyboard, select all cells where you want to apply this setting and paste it with ctrl + v.

Note:  If you enter a value of 0, Evolution will not apply any restrictions to the number of active benches in a stage in a given period.
