The Status Bar

The Status bar provides control for data input of various functions. Some functions may only require a single set of inputs like Create > Draw Point, while others may require a sequence of multiple inputs like Create > Draw Rectangle.

Spacial data can be easily specified by clicking on relevant points in the view window. The locations are automatically loaded into the input fields and accepted by the function, ready for the next data input, if relevant. The tick remains grey, signifying automatic operation of accepting input data.

Manual entry is possible by clicking directly in the input field and typing in numbers, or also clicking on points in the view window. However, the tick will turn green and clicking it is required before the function accepts the data and continues.

Note:  Status bar functions can accumulate in a stack, on top of each other. Ensure you click Cancel when finished with a function to clear it from the status bar stack. Also ensure you only click once to activate a function in the status bar, otherwise multiple instances of the function will load on top of each other.
