Create a Horizontal Plane

Horizontal planes can be created to use as a known position for creating objects such as points, lines, circles, polygons and rectangles .

1. On the Create ribbon tab navigate to the Create group and select Horizontal Plane.

   

2. On the status bar, enter the Location for the plane, or click in the view window.

The plane is created perpendicular to the Z axis and saved in the cad container.
