Ruler

Use the Ruler option to create a construction point at the intersection of two bearings from nominated points, as shown in the diagram below.

Instructions

On the Design menu, point to Construction Points, and then click Ruler.

Using any of the Design entry modes digitise the first point.

The following panel is then displayed.

Enter the bearing from this point to the construction point.

Click OK.

Repeat the above process for the second point.

A construction point is then created at the intersection of the two bearings. You will then be prompted to indicate a first point so that another construction point can be created. Cancel when finished creating construction points.
