Open Database

Use the Open Database option to open a channel database so channel samples can be added, edited and graphically displayed.

Instructions

On the Geology menu, point to Channel Sampling, and then click Open Database to display the Open Channel Database panel.

Tip:   Specifying an environment name allows you to access a channel database in a data area other than the current one. The default area is the current one.

Click OK.

The chosen database is then opened. If the specified database does not exist, then you will be asked whether or not you want to create it. The datasheet, however, must already exist.
