AOFI Reserves

Use the AOFI Reserves option to calculate resources for area of influence polygons (AOFI) rather than geological zone polygons. Each AOFI polygon is bounded by the geological zone polygons and the midpoint lines between adjacent drill holes.

Use the Polygon Reserves option if crossing drill holes exist.

Instructions

• Select Geology menu
• Select Section Resources submenu
• Select AOFI Reserves option

Calculate AOFI Reserves

See the explanation of the panels in the Polygon Reserves option as the panels are identical to the ones in the AOFI Reserves option. The only difference are the options below:

Sort holes across section

Select this option to create the AOFI boundaries between drill holes that are adjacent across the section. This is used for drill holes that tend to be vertical.

Sort holes down section
