Block Number

Change Block Name

Use the Block Number option to change the name, for example the block number, of projected blocks. The number of the projection operation cannot be changed.

Instructions

On the Open Pit menu, point to Benching and Batters, and then click Block Number to display the Block Number panel.

Start block number

Enter a positive number to which the first selected block will be changed. The maximum number of blocks is 9999.

Click OK.

You will then be asked to select the object to number. This refers to the block whose name is to be changed.

Once selected, the number specified above will be applied. You are then prompted to select the next block. That block's number will be the number of the first selected block plus one and so forth (up to 9999).

Use the Analyse > Label > Object Label option to view the block names.
