Bay Identifier

Edit the Bay Identifier of a Pattern

The Bay Identifier option to edit the bay identifier of pattern objects. All pattern holes have a bay identifier associated with them which allows menu options to be performed on a bay-by-bay basis in a given layer. The bay identifiers of pattern objects can be displayed using the Label menu option.

Instructions

  • Select Open Pit menu
  • Select Blast Design submenu
  • Select Bay Identifier option

When the option has been selected, the following dialog box displays.

Select the option required that is, modify the bay identifier for a given hole, a given row, a given echelon or the entire bay. Then select either the pattern object to process, or a pattern object in the correct row, echelon or bay.

The following panel displays.

Edit the bay identifier in the panel, and select OK. If Cancel is selected, no change will be made to the selected holes.

If processing by row or bay, then the following confirm box appears :

Select Modify all bays to edit the bay identifier for all bays in that layer, else select Modify the chosen bay only.

The bay identifiers for the selected holes are modified and temporarily shadowed. Continue on with more holes to edit.
