Comparison
Compare Holes to Others and Offset
The Comparison option to compare holes in one layer to holes in another layer. Any holes in the layer that is indicated as the current layer will be changed to a circle if they are closer than the nominated tolerance to any hole(s) in the layer indicated as the layer of the previous holes.
Note
If the Offset compared holes check box was checked on the Blast Bench Setup panel, then the current holes will also be physically moved. Refer to the Set Up option for more information.
Instructions
- Select Open Pit menu
- Select Blast Design Bench submenu
- Select Comparison option
Select the boundary. This refers to the outline in which the holes to be compared must fall. This can be an outline used to generate a set of holes, or a totally new one.
Select a layer of previous holes. You will need to confirm your selection.
Select a layer of current holes. You will need to confirm your selection.
Enter the tolerance value that will be used to offset the holes in the current layer.
Select OK.
The current holes are then redisplayed as a circle and, if the Offset compared holes check box was enabled, physically moved.
