Printing Multiple Plots
There are two methods of creating multiple plots:
- File > Batch Print
Print loaded and unloaded plot files. - File > Print All
Print all of the loaded plot files.
Batch Print
Use the Batch Print option if you want to print multiple plots with the same printer and page specifications.
- Select File > Batch Print.
- Select the plot files that you want to plot. Use the [Shift] key to select multiple adjacent plots and the [CTRL] key to select multiple non-adjacent plots.
- Click Open.
- Select the printer from the drop-down list.
- Click Properties.
- From the Layout tab select the page orientation.
- From the Paper/Quality tab, click Advanced.
- From the paper size drop-down list, select the paper size. If you are printing to a plotter and you are using a drafting sheet, then select a paper size larger than the sheet size.
- Click OK.
- If you want to print all of the plot files in black and white, then select the Print as black/white check box.
- If you want all of the plots to be fitted to the selected page size, then select the Fit to Page check box.
- Click OK.
Print All
Use the Print All option if you want to print all of the loaded plot files.
- Select File > Print All.
- Select the printer from the drop-down list.
- Click Properties.
- Select the page orientation from the Layout tab.
- Click Advanced on the Paper/Quality tab..
- Select the paper size from the paper size drop-down list. If you are printing to a plotter and you are using a drafting sheet, then select a paper size larger than the sheet size.
- Click OK.
- If you want to print all of the plot files in black and white, select the Print as black/white check box.
- If you want all of the plots to be fitted to the selected page size, select the Fit to Page check box.
- Click OK.
