Create Crosscut

Use Create Crosscut to digitise drivage crosscut survey lines.

Each crosscut survey line is stored as an object with the name <h>_n where <h> = the name of the heading survey line from which the crosscut starts and n = a number incremented by one for each crosscut on the heading line.
