Posting specifications

This option allows you to set up the details for Analysis and Reporting > Posting.

Instructions

Follow these steps:

1. On the Drill and Blast menu, point to Files, then click Specifications.

2. Select Posting specifications from the Specifications panel, then click OK to display the Blast posting specifications panel.

   

3. Enter a prefix in the Prefix box.

4. Select the posting from the Posting drop-down menu.

5. Enter a suffix in the Suffix box.

6. Enter the number of decimals. If the posting is numeric, the number in the Decimals box will be editable. If not, the box will be unavailable.

7. Select the Save or Save As buttons to save your specifications.

   Use the Save As button if you want to save the settings under a different specification name. Once the Save As button has been selected, the Save As panel is displayed. Simply enter the specification name before before selecting the OK button. The resulting specifications will be stored within your Drill and Blast specification file (specifications.dab).

   The drop-down list on the Save As panel contains all of the specifications found within your Drill and Blast specification file. If you choose to save your settings under an exisiting name, then you will need to confirm that you want to overwrite the existing specification.
