Activity By Period

This will allow you to see how the activity attribute is distributed between the periods where the activity is being worked on. The detailed information delivered will help in making decisions in the short term.

Select period definition

Use the drop-down list to define the period length for your report. You can choose between weekly, monthly, yearly, or any custom periods in Setup > Periods that you have defined.

Date range

Select the range of dates from the start of the period to be reported to the end.

Report Totals

Select this option if you want a summary of totals to be listed as the final column in the report.

Ignore Invalid Values in Total

This option will allow the report to calculate the total effectively when some values may be invalid. There are times when there will be no valid number since invalid values show up in the activity chart as #NULL.

Attributes

Select the attributes you want to report on. You have the option of selecting all or just a couple of attributes.

Note:  At least one attribute must be selected to generate a report.

Report status

This shows a summary of what will be in the report.

Generate report by

Save to file	Output the report as a CSV file. The file will be stored in your current working directory.
Copy to clipboard	The output report is copied as a space-delimited file to your clipboard. It can then be pasted into any text editor or used to import into another program.
