How to save a workflow

Editable workflows

To save an editable workflow, go to File > Save or click the Save icon in the Workflow Editor toolbar.

Editable workflows use the file extension .wfd.

Published workflows

To publish a workflow and make it uneditable, go to File > Publish as Run Only . By publishing your workflow, you can freely share it with others while hiding the implementation details.
