Image Registration menu contents
This section provides a summary of the Image Registration submenu and its available options.
Use the Create or Open option to create an .ireg file or open an existing.ireg file. These files can then be used in place of Pexel files when loading triangulations
Use the Properties option to set or alter the properties for an existing .ireg file.
Use the Close option to close the Image Registration window and hence to exit the option.
Use the Add Point option to add control points.
Use the Move Point option to move control points on the image.
Use the Delete Point option to delete points.
Use the Clear All Points option to clear all of the control points.
Use the Create Bounding Triangulation option to create a 2D triangulation from the control points.
Use the Loading into 3D Window option to load the ireg file into the Primary Window.
Use the Remap Loaded Triangulation option to add and move points on the image and then to check the results by remapping the triangulation.
Use the Import Georeferenced Image option to create a Vulcan triangulation and Image Registration file (which registers the image to the triangulation) from either a Siro DXF and its associated image, ArcGIS and it's associated World File, Siro Tiff, or GeoTiff files.
