Integrated Stratigraphic Modelling menu contents
Use the Validate Data option to validate the data in the current Vulcan database, including ODBC Link databases, to ensure all data entries are legitimate.
Use the Fault Solid Creator tool to simplify the creation of fault solids by providing users with an interface that can create fault block solid triangulations from a given base solid.
Use the Fault Surface Creator tool to create a plane-like surface representing a fault plane.
Interpolate Drillhole Data - FixDHD
Use the Interpolate Data option to interpolate missing stratigraphic horizons in drillhole data to improve stratigraphic modelling.
Use the Model Stratigraphy option to create an integrated stratigraphic grid and/or triangulation model.
Use the Composite and Model Qualities option to produce a composite for any specific interval down a hole. The composite interval (the structure) can be defined by geology, height, surfaces, or a combination of these. Analytical data can be extracted from multiple databases using depths or samples. Resultant composited output can then be directly modelled as quality grids.
Use the Create HARP Model option to create a stratigraphic block model from a set of triangulations or a collection of stratigraphic grid models created through the Grid Calc menu.
Use the Update HARP Model Qualities option to add additional quality and/or other numeric information from grid models to an existing HARP model.
Use the Quality and Mining Parameters option is an optional input to creating a run of mine HARP model.
Use the Run of Mine Model option simulates the manner in which material is extracted from a stratigraphic deposit.
Use the Strip Ratios option calculates a ratio from a Stratigraphic Block model or HARP model.
Use the Export HARP Model to Surfaces option to export HARP model horizon and quality block model variables to grids or triangulation surfaces.
Use the Coal Plot Batcher option to create multiple plot files in a single process, using the horizon list and a list of required structural and/or quality inputs.
Use this option to easily compare different versions of structure grids.
