Origin Blocks Workflow

Origin Blocks is a simplified mid-term scheduler, which uses approximated geometric data to generate mining sequences. The simplified calculation process allows for the evaluation of much larger models in a setup.

Origin Blocks setups are converted into schedules using genetic algorithms on the server side.

The Origin Blocks Workflow establishes the key steps to set up and analyse your medium-term schedule. To get started, you can click on the steps below:

1. Create a Setup
   Initialise an unconfigured Origin Blocks setup.

2. Configure the Setup
   Add information to each configuration tab of the setup consequentially. The information added is based on the attributes of your imported model(s).

3. Validate the Setup
   Confirm that the right information has been provided in each configuration tab of your setup.

4. Generate a Schedule
   Submit your setup to server processing to generate your schedule.
   

5. View the Schedule
   Download your schedule and view it in the Schedule Viewer. Read Evolution’s reports.

6. Analyse the Schedule
   Analyse your results using pivot reporting. To analyse data externally, Evolution provides a number of export tools.
