Overview

An introduction to multivariate transformations.

Forward Transformation

This section is used to specify the input data for principal component analysis, and the transformation parameters. Input may come from an Isis

Numeric Tag

This section is used to select samples using a numeric tag.

Character Tag

This section is used to select samples using a character tag.

Triangulation

This section is used to select samples using a triangulation.

Field Restrictions

This section is used to select samples using field restrictions.

Report

The report tab will contain general information about the input data and the transformation itself.

Backward Transformation

This section is used to specify the data which will be back transformed.

Block Selection

This section defines the parameters used to select the blocks in a block model.
