Ribbon menu: Enhanced menu option providing new strategic groupings of all software tools and options.

Project explorer: Displays a hierarchical view of the items in a project, organised into containers and objects. Performs similar functions to Windows Explorer.
Selection toolbar: Most common used selection tools. More

Visibility editor: Lists the contents of the view window and their visibility status. The Visibility editor can be shown or hidden using the keyboard shortcut V. More

View window: Displays data. More than one view window can be open.
Snap mode bar: Snap modes are used to determine an exact location without manually entering coordinates. The snap mode toolbar appears in the status bar when a picking operation is performed. More
Freehand manipulation tool: Allows freehand click and drag action for translating and rotating objects. More
Report window: Displays information and the results of actions. More
Status bar: Displays current operation and required data input. More
Selection status bar: Lists the number of selected objects.
