Use the Load Design option to load design data into the Grid Calc buffer.
Use the Pick Design option to select data from the screen to load into the Grid Calc buffer.
Use the Load Mapfile option to load mapfile data into memory. You then have the ability to triangulate or grid the data or perform various other manipulations.
The Load DEM option allows you to load and display digital elevation models.
Use the Load Triangulation option to load a triangulation file into the buffer.
Use the Transform Data option to manipulate the data by applying an equation.
Use the Filter Data option to set minimum and maximum data values and to remove design data from the Grid Calc buffer that does not fit into this range.
Use the Trend option to determine the trend surface and then converts the data values to their residuals (that is the difference between the value at the trend surface and the actual value).
Use the Filter Grid option to convert grid nodes to point data. You can also, as part of the conversion process, filter the grid nodes. That is, not all of the grid nodes are necessarily converted to points.
Use the Data Statistics option to display statistics, such as minimum and maximum X, Y and Z values, on the loaded data. The extents of the default modelling window are also displayed.
Use the List option to list the coordinate values of loaded points, as well as display triangle information for loaded triangulations.
Use the Clear Data option to remove the loaded point, string and triangle data from the buffer.
The Tri Parameters option allows control over the placement of grid generation control points and the fill algorithm used on masked areas.
The Clear Triangles option removes the currently buffered triangles (and construction points) from the memory buffer. This to create another set of triangulations using different data points without having the current data interfere.
