Main Pages and Tools

The majority of tools that are used in MaterialMRT are available by using the buttons along the page selection bar. Some of the buttons expand to offer a range of related tools. To summarise, these page buttons and underlying choices are as follows:

Dashboard

The dashboard page displays gauges and graphs indicating live statistics. See Dashboard.

Stockpiles

The stockpiles page lists selected stockpiles where materials are present. See Stockpiles.

Viewer

The viewer displays the site terrain including features such as zones, stockpiles, and grade control blocks. See Viewer.

Reports

This button expands to show the following options:

Trip Editor

The trip editor allows the user to examine and analyse trip data. Validations and corrections can be applied to trips as required. See Trip Editor.

Material Movements

Material movements expands into the following two functions:

  • Timeline: This page displays changes to the material models over time. Models are displayed in a 3D viewer and can be replayed and reviewed virtually at any speed. See Using the timeline page.
  • Stockpiles: This page lists events that have occurred to a particular stockpile over a specific time range. See Using the stockpile page.

Mine Plan

Mine Plan expands into the following four tools:

  • Viewer: Material movements are visually indicated using colour-coded and labelled arrows to indicate the source, destination, and scheduling status. See Viewer.

  • Chart: The chart plots tonnage over time. The actual tonnage is compared against the planned schedule. See Chart.

  • Editor: Query schedules over a time period and add new schedules as required. See Editor.

  • Blend plan calculator: Create and experiment with schedules to meet your target. See Blend plan calculator.

Measurements

Measurements expands into the following functions:

  • Ground Surface Maintenance: Import and manage ground surface models. See Ground Surface Maintenance.

  • Import Stockpile Surfaces: Import CSV files derived from scans to map a stockpile over a terrain surface. See Import Stockpile Surfaces.

  • Lab Results: Examine and modify lab results from a selected shift, based on any material property of interest. See Lab Results.

  • Analyser Results: Examine and modify analyser results from a selected shift, based on any material property of interest. See Analyser Results.

Tip:  The page selection and application bar are hidden if the go to full screen button on the application bar is clicked. To reveal them again, hover your mouse pointer over the scroll bar on the browser’s right-hand side to make the exit full screen symbol appear and click on it.
