Overlapping Intervals

Check for overlapping intervals

This option ensures that depths in the TO field increase down the drillhole, this may compare only subsequent TO fields or a TO field against the following FROM field.

By default this option checks two tables:

  • The table which uses the Geology synonym set. Both the FROM and TO fields are used.

  • The table which is using the Assay synonym set. Only the TO field is used.

Override database synonyms

Select this checkbox to specify whether to compare only the 'To' or both the 'To' and 'From' fields, and also which database table and fields (columns) to use in the overlapping intervals check.
