View Menu Contents
This section provides an overview of the View menu.
Use this option to make objects visible, shadowed, or invisible.
Use this option to change your view of the displayed data.
Use this option to create sub-windows in addition to the standard main window.
Use this option to create shaft transformation windows and move to or from these windows. Shaft transformation windows provide you with a transformed view of design data (and models) that gives a "flattened" 2D view of the walls of an essentially cylindrical object (for example, mine shaft or inclined drift).
Use this option to create interactive and flexible animating of a variety of different Vulcan data. For example, each stage in the development of an underground mine could be included in an animation to show the progressive appearance of the workings for each stage in the development.
Use this option to create a cross-sectional 3D view with a specified dip and width of view.
Use this option to modify the colour and width of primary shadows, without having to recreate the section.
Use this option to delete sections.
Use this option to move sections.
Use this option to save grid properties and/or effects settings to a Lava script.
Use this option to switch to the east section.
Use this option to switch to the north section.
Use this option to switch to the plan section.
This option is the interface that works in tandem with the Sections floating toolbar.
