Join Components

Use the Join Components option to perform a boolean union on two components. The components must be comprised of closed polylines only.

Instructions

Click the J hotkey,

or

On the Utilities menu, click Move Components.

Select the main component.

Select the second component.

The Create Component dialogue displays for you to enter information for the new component that is created by the merge.

Click OK.
