DECLUSTER
Use this program to apply cell declustering to a sample population.
Usage:

decluster <declus.spec> <id> <> indicates a mandatory switch. [ ] indicates an optional switch |
Where:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| <declus.spec> | Refers to the file that contains all the parameters such as minimum cell size, maximum cell size, number of cells, number of offsets, etc. |
| <id> | Refers to the parameters identifier that you want to load. |
