Paste

Use the Paste option to paste copied or cut records, that is, one or more rows of data. To use the Paste option you must first use the Copy or Cut options.

Note

If a single cell is currently highlighted, then the Paste option will actually insert a new record containing these pasted values before the current cell/record. If an entire record is highlighted, then the current values will be overwritten with the pasted values. >

Data can also be copied to the clipboard and then pasted into other applications, such as Microsoft Excel.

You can also paste records through the Isis right-click context menu. right-click in the row heading and select Paste from the displayed menu. The Ctrl + V keys can also be used to paste records.
