Create an Outline Around a Loaded Blast

Use the Create Registered Outline option to create a registered outline around the body of a nominated blast. The resulting outline string, which is a half-burden wide, will be registered to the topography surface that was associated with the blast.

Note:  If the nominated blast has no associated surface, then a blast hole from the nominated blast will be used to register the resulting outline onto a single RL.

Instructions

Click the Create Registered Outline button from the Drill and Blast toolbar.

On the Drill and Blast menu, point to Create, and then click Create Registered Outline.

Select the blast that will be used to generate the outline. The resulting outline string displays in the same layer as the original blast.
