Overview

The Surveying options allow you to:

  • Upload files from Vulcan to the data recorder and download files from the data recorder to Vulcan via the serial port.

  • Process the download files and convert them to graphical elements on the screen.

  • Perform survey data operations and produce associated reports (For example, reductions, resections, adjustments and radiation reports).

  • Create, edit and list survey stations in a nominated survey station library.

The following survey instruments are supported:

  • WILD/LEICA
  • GEODIMETER
  • SOKKIA
  • TOPCON (reduction only)
  • TRIMBLE GPS
  • COLLECTECH
  • CRITERION
