Create Polygon
Use the Create Polygon tool to create a polygon from a string that consists of at least three points by automatically closing the polygon when the last point is digitised.
Tip Use the Backspace key to undo the last digitised point. The Backspace key cannot be used to undo the last digitised point if the associated polygon is complete.Instructions
Click the P hotkey,
or
On the Utilities menu, click Create Polygon.
Position the pointer on the screen where you want to begin the component.
Hold the left mouse button and drag to create a polygon.
Click the right mouse button to complete the operation.
Note If you do not have a current component specified, selecting Create Polygon will take you into the New Component process. The polygon is created at the elevation of your defined current bench.Related topics
