Contact Profile Analyser - General

Specification file

Select the Contact Profiles specification file (.cpf) that you want to open. The drop-down list contains all .cpf files found in the current working directory. Click Browse to select a file from another location.

To create a new file, enter the file name and file extension.

Search distance

Enter the maximum distance to use when searching for the sample pair.

Step size

Enter the discretisation step size for the search distance.

Show correlation value for first interval

Select this check box to calculate and display the correlation coefficient between the pairs of the first interval. The time needed to calculate and display the correlation value may be increased when using a large dataset.
